- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $69.99 within metro Vancouver and $99 within the province and the rest of Canada, with some restrictions and exclusions applied.
- Local Pickup: Free pickup is available at all of our TJ's The Kiddies Store locations.
- Home Delivery Service: For added convenience, we offer our own home delivery service.
Oversize Items Shipping
Given the nature of baby furniture as oversized items, we encourage customers outside of Vancouver to contact us at [email protected] or call 1800-755-4857 for more information on shipping options. We use third-party freight companies for oversized shipping, delivered by pallet to ensure your items arrive safely.
To Your Door Service
Free local delivery service is available Monday to Friday in select cities in British Columbia, ensuring your baby furniture arrives directly to your door. Please note, our drivers deliver to the front door only and cannot enter the customer's house. Re-deliveries will incur an additional fee of $10.
Site to Store Pickup
For those who prefer to pick up their orders, we offer free store pickups at our TJ's The Kiddies Store locations. Please be aware that the site to store pickup service is not instant, and some waiting may be involved. Large items such as furniture cannot be accommodated at our West 4th location, with the closest alternative being our Marine Drive store.
